Sleeping Moon
The sleeping moon was a picture I’d seen on Pinterest but had been in done in pottery. I had a round of Paduka I wanted to try and carve something in it and this seemed like the best option. I had planned to do a sun in light wood and this as a blood moon.
I completed this whilst on holiday in Scotland. It has finished with Danish oil and gets a great shine on it when polished.
