Gargoyle
The Gargoyle was the first piece I did when I returned to carving in 2007. It is carved out of lime and based on a carving from a tutorial book by Shawn Cipa ‘Carving Gargoyles.’ Looking out for Gargoyles when I’m out and about is a great pleasure of mine. The variety of shapes and sizes makes them an excellent muse for carvers.
